The Korea Times published an article based on their interview with Global Peace Foundation Chairman Dr. Hyun Jin Preston Moon. Dr. Moon was in Korea to attend a series of large-scale events focused on building momentum for Korean unification. Dr. Moon encouraged youth to take a leading role in the issue of Korean unification and made bold proposals for economic and social reform in South Korea as a precursor to unification.
His recently published book, The Korean Dream: A Vision for A Unified Korea expounds on his unique approach to the issue that maps out a platform for unification that goes beyond the Cold War framework drawing upon the Korean people’s shared history and spirituality.
