For Koreans, October 3 marks “Gaecheon Jeol,” the founding day of the Korean nation nearly 5,000 years ago. As part of commemorations of Foundation Day in 2023, the Global Peace Foundation hosted an International Forum on One Korea on October 2, 2023 in Seoul, Korea.
